CMM meets Tuesday, August 18
Champaign Movie Makers meets at least once a month to afford area filmmakers and talent an opportunity to discuss and join forces on the making of independent cinema in the area. If you are interested in being more “in the loop” if not directly involved with CMM-related productions, please visit and join their Yahoo! Group.
The next meeting will take place tonight, Tuesday, August 18, 7 p.m., in Room 222 of the Champaign Public Library, 200 W. Green St., Champaign, IL. CMM founder Johnny Robinson and other members will present a rough cut of the August 9 “One Day Shoot” project, QUAINT; additional topics will include organization for the first annual CMM Mixer on Saturday, August 22, at Sleepy Creek Vineyards in Fairmount as well as suggestions for other CMM events.
