CU Video Group meets July 11
The CU Video Group meets once a month to discuss technical advances, tips, and opportunities in film, television, and multi-media production. The final meeting to be hosted by Brian Paris, who is relocating to Chicago, will be on Wednesday, July 11, 7 p.m., at Rock’s, 25 E. Springfield Ave., Champaign. “Thanks everyone for your attendance in the past couple of years,” says Paris via e-mail. “It has been something that I look forward to every month. I will still try to come down [to Champaign-Urbana] to visit as much as I can.”
WILL-TV production assistant Virginia Steffen will take over e-mail duties for the group. Any questions or suggestions may be directed to Steffen at vsteffen@uiuc.edu.
