The College of Media at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has announced the movies to be showcased at the tenth annual edition of Roger Ebert’s Film Festival.

The BNFilmFest is accepting submissions through Friday, May 2, for its annual event, which will take place May 13-14, 2008, at the Normal Theater in Normal, IL.

The 11th Annual Martirano Award Concert, taking place on Thursday, November 15, 2007, at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, UIUC, Urbana, IL, will revive Salvatore Martirano’s mixed-media piece “L’s G.A.” and feature an excerpt from an upcoming documentary on his life.

The Illinois Wesleyan University student film club 9×9 will unveil their latest project, DOUBLE BLIND, on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at 9 p.m. in the Hansen Student Center.
